Job Title: Intern

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join the Forty5 team. This position offers hands-on experience in various areas of event operations, including marketing, ticketing, premium services, site operations, and/or sustainability initiatives. As an intern, you will gain exposure to the behind-the-scenes efforts that make live events successful while contributing to an unforgettable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations/Security: Greet guests, scan tickets, and assist with seating arrangements at the venue.
Marketing: Support fan communication strategies by helping to ensure key event information is shared via email, social media, websites, and apps.
Ticketing: Assist with Will Call and Guest List operations during events.
Premium Services: Work with premium seating programs and provide on-site support for clients during concerts.
Operations/Special Events: Help with setup and teardown of event-related assets such as chairs, tables, tents, and signage.
Food & Beverage (F&B): Conduct research on new food and beverage products, help with genre-specific planning, and assist in creating premium experiences.
Production: Observe and learn from the setup and breakdown (load-in/load-out) of concert events.
Merchandise: Assist with merchandise stand setup and inventory management.
Sustainability: Contribute to the venue’s sustainability efforts, which include waste sorting, recycling collection, and educating fans about conservation.

Additional Details:

Must be comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments.
Occasional sitting and standing may be required during shifts.
