- Client Communication: Maintain strong relationships with clients, keeping them informed and satisfied throughout the event planning process.
- Sales & Marketing: Promote the venue and its event services to attract new clients and drive sales through tours and consultations.
Community Marketing
- Brand Promotion: Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to increase the venue’s visibility and attract diverse audiences.
- Social Media Engagement: Manage social media channels, create engaging content, and drive community involvement through digital outreach.
- Event Promotion: Drive attendance and engagement at both public and private events using targeted digital campaigns and promotions.
- Community Partnerships: Collaborate with new and existing community partners to create and manage promotional codes, update landing pages, and track ticket redemptions.
- Collaborations: Partner with local businesses, influencers, and community leaders to expand our reach and introduce our events to new audiences.
- Street Team Leadership: Build and lead a team of volunteers to post flyers, distribute postcards, and promote events at local businesses.
- Networking: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key community members and influencers to foster collaborations and sponsorships.
- Content Creation: Produce marketing materials and content to raise awareness and engage our community with upcoming events and venue services.
