Scattrbrain is the full-band alter ego of Atlanta-based artist GRIP, theacclaimed rapper and songwriter known for his gritty lyricism, sharp socialcommentary and raw emotional depth. Emerging from Atlanta’s hip-hopunderground and once signed to Eminem’s Shady Records, GRIP built areputation as one of the city’s most introspective emcees before disruptinggenre lines entirely with Scattrbrain.

Channeling post-punk, grunge, hardcore and DIY energy through GRIP’ssingular perspective as a storyteller, Scattrbrain is loud, cathartic anddeliberately difficult to categorize. The project’s debut album, Scattrbrain &The Unwavering Self Doubt, confronts burnout, identity, addiction, industrydisillusionment and self-doubt with distortion, live drums and an uninhibitedvocal approach.
