Bio: Ron Miner (DJ Indiana Jones) Got his start in 1983 Deejaying at Melody Skateland on the Westside of Indianapolis. While attending Ben Davis High School Ron was a dj for rap group D-KOR (Group also included DJ Top Speed and David Woodard) and made mixtapes for his friends and family. Ron was named Indy when he moved to New York in 1994. Ron worked as an intern for Pendulum Records servicing College Deejays and Mix Tape Deejays with Vinyl. This led to a job with EMI records as National Director of Crossover Promotion, where Indiana Jones was born. A certified Pacers, Colts, and Hoosier Fans, New Yorkers were quick to call him Indiana leading to the name Indiana Jones. After working for EMI,"Indiana Jones" spent time in the clubs of NY spinning at such legendary clubs as LIFE, The Tunnel, ReBar, and Jet Lounge. Since moving back to Indianapolis. Ron has worked as an On Air Mixer with RadioNow WNOU 100.9, Tour Deejay (C-Rayz Walz)(Rhymefest), , Event Manager (Martell Cognac, Seagram’s Gin, Malibu Rum) and Club Promoter (The Vogue, Midtown Grill, Blu, Subterra). As DJ Indiana Jones, he has spun alongside Mark Ronson, A Trak, Cosmo Baker, Richie Hawtin, Grandmaster Flash, Mick Boogie, The Rub and has opened for acts ranging from Run D.M.C. and Sean Paul to Sting and Destiny's Child. DJ Indiana Jones has been voted "Best Club DJ" by the Readers of Indianapolis' Nuvo Newsweekly in 2002 and 2008 and with a client list including LRG, Scion, Man Alive, Finish Line, Rich Kleiman, Peyton Manning, and Jermaine O'Neal among others, DJ Indiana Jones is a sure shot. Currently supporting residencies in New York, Orlando and Indianapolis his demand is diverse and far reaching!
